Edwin Uzhca son of Luigi has worked in many high-end restaurant and is having a wonderful career in the hospitality business. He draws all his experiences from hands-on first hand experience being in New York City most prestigious restaurant.

He has trained myself and my sister and continues to be an example of Great Service Provider.

Luigi's philosophy is advertisement really begins when the first and last customer comes and goes happy; then tells all their friends about us.

Grateful employee of Luigi' restaurant and owner of this website about Luigi's Italian restaurant in Lake Alfred. I am one of the son of Luigi help run our family ran Italian restaurant along side my sister and brother. My brother a seasoned waiter from New Yorks has be in the hospitality business for 7 years and has passed on his charm, personally and waiting talents onto the Luigi's staff. If you find yourself complementing the service thank Edwin the oldest brother for training them.

Catering To Go in the morning 10:00am

When ever we have a big To-Go ( Take out) of 10 plus we usually throw in something on the house just to show we appreciate their business and its a win win because they happy and will recommend us to their friends.

Here we are add to there take-out, a Ceaser Salad and Our MIX Green Salad all with our home made dressing.

Nov 24 Thanksgiving Day closed but still catering.

Luigi's restaurant will be closed for this Thanksgiving day, to be with the family and friends. But we will be cooking for catering(take out) on thanksgiving day. Thanksgiving for starts around 6 oclock so until then we'll be doing some catering. The living room will be closed but our kitchen will be fully in motion for some Luigi food.

Who said we can't see our family and friend but still get some work in =] Happy thanksgiving to all.

Worrying about bringing a big party to Luigi's Restaurant?

You shouldn't we have easily accommodated big party of 30 plus . Just as long as you give us a call ahead, its will all go very smooth and fun =]

The Luigi's kitchen staff have been trained specifically for working in huge restaurant with seating of 200 plus. So a restaurant like Luigi's Restaurant that has a seating capacity of 60 in Luigi's own words “ a piece of cake”
